TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: 9/7/2026
Welcome to TUFF JUNK HAULING LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TuffJunkHauling.com and your interactions with TUFF JUNK HAULING LLC (“TUFF,” “TUFF Junk Hauling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging TUFF Junk Hauling for services, you acknowledge these Terms. Additional written estimates, work orders, contracts, authorizations, or agreements may apply to a particular job and may contain additional or different terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, Massachusetts, or local law.
OUR SERVICES
TUFF Junk Hauling provides junk removal, property cleanouts, construction debris removal, light demolition, hauling, and related services.
The availability of a particular service may depend on the location of the property, type and quantity of material, equipment required, disposal requirements, accessibility, safety considerations, permits, and other circumstances.
We reserve the right to decline or stop work that we reasonably determine cannot be performed safely, legally, or within the scope of services we provide.
ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
TUFF Junk Hauling may provide estimates based on information supplied by the customer, including photographs, descriptions, approximate quantities, addresses, access information, and other details.
Unless expressly identified as a guaranteed fixed price in a written agreement, an estimate is an approximation based on the information reasonably available to us at the time it is provided.
The final price may change if the actual conditions differ from the information originally provided. This may include a larger volume of material than shown or described, heavier materials, additional items, additional labor, difficult access, stairs, long carrying distances, dismantling requirements, unusually heavy objects, special disposal requirements, or other circumstances that affect the scope or cost of the work.
Whenever reasonably possible, TUFF will inform the customer of a material price change before performing additional work.
JUNK REMOVAL PRICING
Junk removal pricing may be based on factors including the amount of space the material occupies in our truck or container, weight, labor required, disposal costs, type of material, location, accessibility, and other job-specific conditions.
Prices displayed on our website, advertisements, or marketing materials may be starting prices or examples and should not be considered a guaranteed price for a particular job unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The price applicable to your particular service will be communicated through your estimate, work order, invoice, or other agreement.
ADDITIONAL DISPOSAL CHARGES
Certain materials may require additional disposal or recycling fees.
These may include mattresses, box springs, tires, televisions, electronics, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, appliances containing refrigerants, unusually heavy materials, and other specially regulated materials.
Applicable additional charges will be disclosed when reasonably identifiable before removal.
HEAVY MATERIALS
Concrete, brick, stone, soil, dirt, asphalt, roofing materials, plaster, tile, and other dense or unusually heavy materials may be priced differently from ordinary household junk.
Volume-based pricing advertised for normal household junk may not apply to heavy debris.
TUFF reserves the right to provide separate pricing based on weight, disposal costs, equipment requirements, and labor for these materials.
PROHIBITED AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
TUFF Junk Hauling does not knowingly transport or dispose of materials that we are not legally authorized or equipped to handle.
Depending on applicable laws, disposal facility rules, and job conditions, prohibited or restricted materials may include hazardous chemicals, explosives, ammunition, gasoline, fuels, certain oils, asbestos-containing materials, biohazardous or medical waste, certain pesticides, radioactive materials, and other hazardous or regulated substances.
Customers are responsible for accurately informing TUFF of any known hazardous, dangerous, or regulated materials before work begins.
TUFF reserves the right to stop work or refuse removal if potentially hazardous or prohibited materials are discovered.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATION
By requesting removal of items or authorizing work, you represent that you own the items or property involved or otherwise have the legal authority to authorize TUFF Junk Hauling to remove, dispose of, dismantle, or perform work involving them.
TUFF is entitled to reasonably rely on the authorization provided by the customer or the customer’s authorized representative.
Customers are responsible for identifying any items that should not be removed before work begins.
Once items have been removed from the property and transported for disposal, recycling, or donation, recovery may not be possible.
PROPERTY ACCESS
The customer is responsible for providing TUFF Junk Hauling with reasonable and lawful access to the property and work area at the scheduled time.
Customers should disclose conditions that could affect access or safety, including narrow driveways, parking restrictions, stairs, elevators, locked areas, unstable structures, animals, unusually heavy objects, or other relevant conditions.
Additional labor or access requirements that were not disclosed before arrival may affect pricing.
LIGHT DEMOLITION SERVICES
Light demolition work may include the removal or dismantling of certain non-structural or accessory items or structures, depending on the scope of the project and applicable licensing, registration, permitting, and legal requirements.
Before demolition work begins, the scope of work and price should be established in the applicable written estimate, work order, or contract.
TUFF will not knowingly perform work requiring a license, registration, permit, or authorization that TUFF does not possess or that has not otherwise been properly obtained.
Certain residential home improvement or demolition projects may require additional written contracts, permits, registrations, licenses, notices, or other requirements under Massachusetts or local law.
HIDDEN OR UNEXPECTED CONDITIONS
Demolition and cleanout work can reveal conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
These may include hidden layers of material, structural deterioration, mold, suspected asbestos-containing material, electrical wiring, plumbing, pests, excessive weight, concealed debris, or other unexpected conditions.
If TUFF encounters a condition that materially changes the scope, safety, or cost of the work, we may stop work and discuss available options with the customer before proceeding.
Additional work or charges may require customer approval before work continues.
PERMITS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Certain demolition or property-related services may require building permits, disposal documentation, utility coordination, or other governmental approvals.
Responsibility for permits and approvals will be determined according to applicable law and the particular written contract or agreement.
TUFF will perform services subject to applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
PROPERTY PROTECTION
TUFF Junk Hauling will use reasonable care while performing services.
Customers should notify us before work begins of fragile surfaces, hidden utilities, delicate landscaping, weak flooring, pre-existing damage, unusually narrow access areas, or other property conditions that may require special precautions.
TUFF is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not reasonably visible or disclosed before work began.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
CLEANUP
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable estimate or agreement, TUFF will make reasonable efforts to remove loose debris directly associated with the work performed.
Junk removal or demolition services do not automatically include professional cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, repair, reconstruction, painting, or restoration unless specifically included in the agreed scope of work.
DONATION, RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL
Once TUFF has lawfully taken possession of items designated for removal, TUFF may determine an appropriate lawful method of handling those items, including disposal, recycling, transfer, or donation where practical.
We aim to dispose of materials responsibly, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be recycled or donated because acceptance depends on condition, facility requirements, availability, and other circumstances outside our control.
SCHEDULING AND ARRIVAL TIMES
Scheduled arrival times may be provided as exact times or arrival windows.
We make reasonable efforts to arrive as scheduled, but arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, earlier jobs, disposal facility delays, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans change. Customers should contact TUFF as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a service.
Any job-specific cancellation fee, deposit policy, or rescheduling requirement will be disclosed before it applies.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation rights a customer may have under applicable Massachusetts or federal law.
PAYMENT
Payment terms will be communicated through the customer’s estimate, work order, contract, invoice, or other applicable agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice or service agreement.
Deposits, progress payments, and final payments for work subject to specific Massachusetts contracting laws will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE CONCERNS
We want customers to be satisfied with the work TUFF performs.
If you believe there is an issue with a completed service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the concern.
We may request photographs, documentation, or access to the property to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate response.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law requires otherwise.
